I personally only shop Shaw's for a few items or after MB hours. The sales on sliced fruit is awesome. Also one of the only few places to have Jalapeño Heinz Ketchup and Jalapeño Tabasco. Also great sales on Powerade and Gatorade.

Pretty good experience shopping here, definitely white trash friendly environment. Fine selection of weird brands, canned spinach selection is excellent. Weird screaming from meat department.
