They seem understaffed, but even so the wait was ridiculous. The staff they did have didn't exactly seem to be in a hurry. The fries were also greasy and simply not very good. Won't be back.

I was just here with my mom and it looked like no one was there. at least have a sign saying there’s not enough workers there or something like that. i work in the food industry i understand but don’t leave people thinks you’re open and you’re not.

If I could give it no stars I would. This is by far the worst location of any BK I have been to. If you feel like being trapped in a line you can’t escape for near an hour only to receive cold stale food, come here.

They got my order incorrect 3 times on one day literally and it tasted like when when I got home like it's wasn't cooked or over cooked some how. Il never go back to this one. The only good one in north nwi is on Kennedy Ave and 169th
