I called them to help me get back into my house and after trying to unlock my front door for less than 5 min the guy said he can’t and will need to break my lock off and replace it said it would be $300 total due to it being a holiday then when he’s done he charged me $500 asked me to not tell the company about him charging me $500 and to tell them he only charged me $200 because they take 35% of what he makes and to top it off the lock he installed he didn’t even install properly it doesn’t fit my door properly the screws don’t fit and I can literally see through my front door because the lock doesn’t fit.
