0 stars, bad service even at the drive through window and they had a problem with the credit card machine so I couldn't even get the gross food they serve. Would not reconvene it at all.

I always come to this Jacks specifically since it’s always the one that’s gives me the best service and each time I come I get serve by Lexi and she’s reason why I keep coming back .. she’s always respectful, reads my order back clearly and is quick if there’s any mistakes (rarely because she’s on it) her good attitude and awesome customer service is contagious and I hope she is recognized for her hard work !! You’re the best lexi thank you !!

First appearance of the place is very well maintained and kept clean Personnel employees are very respectful and professional. Food is top-notch no complaints fresh vegetables on burger meat cooked just right buns not smashed no issues at this Jack-in-the-Box I highly recommend it over anyone in Hemet!

Well it was fast, food was decent, service was poor as had to repeat my order 4xs and still few things messed up. I get it, fast food right but at $27 for 3 people I still expect better training of new members. They shouldn't put new employees on the drive thru.
