Every experience here has been positive. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and Skyler was just as great. I usually order online prior to visiting so I don’t require much assistance or education, but I’ve been in queue or at the counter when another customer needs guidance and I’ve been impressed with the patience and knowledge of the staff. I’ve been to other dispensaries and this is by far the best. The facility is immaculate and a good large space. Even security is friendly! Ordering today, I used the upgraded website for the first time and I loved it. The website was previously my only complaint since it didn’t work properly. Well done on the upgrade. Finally your prices are much better than some competitors. Love the senior discount too! You guys are great. Don’t change.

Went here when it was a 40% off sale and it was such a smooth and easy transaction the girl at the register was so so nice I love zen leafs all over I've been to almost all of them and I would definitely recommend this to any medical or recreational patient it's incredible

From an awesome rewards program, to a great selection, to the best staff around. This shop has it all. My partners and I have been frequenting this location since we first visited Evanston back in late 2019. We moved to the area in early 2021 and it has been our home shop since. Every staff member we've met has been spectacular, but Beth and one other person (I don't recall their name, but they have great style) have made every experience better than the last. Getting to watch this little location grow has been an awesome experience, and I look forward to continuing to give them my business.

Yes go in the store if you are medical. They set you up with an online account and password. It's a private website and not like Leafly. Invite only but works great.
They vary upon what you are looking for. A cream ran me $24 , gummies $20, RSO $30, pre rolled joint $ 15, a seltzer mix in was $10. They gave me some deals if I bought 3 of some products gave me one free. They also have a Belly program that earns free points each time you shop. Hope this helps.
