A nice, quiet place to have a standard American breakfast. I didn't like the fake French theming though.

Time of day makes a difference in your experience. The food is very good and it’s an easy place to sit and hang out with friends and family. But, the wait to get your food can be a while. My wife and I waited 40 minutes, on a Saturday morning, to get our food after we placed the order. The crepes are excellent. A warm, buttered English muffin came with our order and it was a wonderful change from toast. Their pancakes are among the best in the Chicago area.

Breakfast Skillets taste great to start the day off strong. I got the Gypsy skillet and the flavors were great. May be a little heavy and salty for someone looking for a refresher, but Le Peep has a variety of other options to choose from.

Great family breakfast spot. I recommend asking about the pancake of the month. It is also very reasonably priced. I tried the harvest hash skillet with pancakes.
