The first time we tried to get a dishwasher through Dunnett Appliance, we ended up having to cancel the order because there was a problem with our plumbing that needed to be addressed. They were totally understanding on the phone and provided me a refund with no trouble. A year later, we finally went back and got a dishwasher. The salesperson there was helpful and knowledgeable and we made the purchase. Their prices are reasonable and I can't think of any reason why I would go to Home Depot or Lowe's instead. If we ever need another appliance I'll definitely be going here, it feels good to support a local business and they have great customer service.

The entire experience was a pleasure. The sales team was responsive and accommodating. Delivery was on time and the install was well done. Second floor installation with slim stairway and doorways. A couple parts back ordered but that’s not surprising with the rush on appliances these days. Nice job!
