I scheduled and paid for a repair on my range. An appointment was scheduled a month out, they cancelled and rescheduled for another month out, they cancelled that and then said there were no available dates. I was transferred 4+ times every time I tried to speak with someone about it. Definitely will never be using them.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. If they are really "sears," no wonder they are closed. 1) cannot give an appointment time other then 8AM to 5PM 2) failed to show for first appointment thus I lost 2 days of work. 3) I already knew what was wrong the fridge gives the code in the door anyone that can read knows what is wrong but forced to agree to $149.00 visit would not quote on the phone which is waived if repair is done 4) quoted $600 for replace the condenser motor told part was $189 but on sear site it is $79.99 so over 100% markup and $400 for labor I have no idea why so many good reviews maybe they just tried to screw me over as I am not native English speaker will also file with BBB as they are nothing more than CROOKS

First I must say, the technician was great. Polite, knowledgeable, personable. Unfortunately, $195 is outrageous to pay to have someone come and look at your fridge. Total time with the fridge was very short. I feel like maybe I'm in the wrong business. Also, the person on the phone told me it was $45 dollars to do a diagnostic. I repeated it several times with my wife sitting next to me. Each time I said "so it's $45 to come do the diagnostic?" He said " yes, $45" I got the email confirmation it was $145 dollars. We were desperate to get our freezer fixed so we bit the bullet. In the end, we are going to have to buy a new fridge. This one we purchased at sears in 2013. It has had to be repaired 3 times. Each time losing all of our food. Kenmore Elite fridges are junk. Don't buy one.

Excellent. Day 1 I made the booking online. Day 2 the technician turned up, did the job and charged a fair price. I called 3 companies in total. 1 called back after 4 days and said they could get to it maybe in a month. The remaining company did not call back at all...
