I walked around the store for 20 minutes looking for help. Finally when I gave up I ended up finding the products on my own. When I went to check out there was only one employee at self check out and one at customer service. There was one lady that was so helpful and showed me to the clearance rack after I was done checking out.

Was greeted thought great Customer Service. Went down the Rabbit hole quickly from there. If ya find a person it may be a finger pointer 👉👈 if your Lucky I wasn't that lucky found 2 people one was on her phone blah blah blah the other in doors they have a pulse ,and that's about it. Customer Service well there were Customers but no service they were ghosts. Until I went to Paints 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 finally. The Man in paint was kind and very helpful in his department. Thank You Sir. We go to check out no Cashiers just self serv. They don't pay me enough to check myself out. Went to Customer Service got in line I checked out with a.pleasant woman at the first register my friend went to next available. What a nightmare think her name was Kimberly She said this is for returns your holding up the line I told her we waited in line because they had no Cashiers. There were two working and four lurking behind a wall. Now I know why so many folks have returns there is nobody to help them get the items they actually need. Management get it together unless you want a store full of returns. I can spend my money elsewhere.

I’ve never seen such disregard from employees about the well being of their customers property. Witnessed one of their cart pushers completely disregard the cart beside him that was heading directly towards our car. Not only was our car hit, there was slight cosmetic damages to the rear. To make matters worse is that it’s a rental. They have to be more mindful. Found what we were looking for, checked out quickly, but employees should put in a bit more caution when working in the parking lot.

I was in the store a few days ago and a black guy with a Lowe's shirt I ask to help me. He closed his eyes and shook his head and responded very rudely. A neighbor was tell me about the same person today. Please confront this person and let him know that his aditude people don't care far.
