8800 Gross Point Rd Skokie 60077 is The worst service by owner himself coffee is cold and not fresh and found some surprising pieces in it not sure what was that, also the owner attitude beyond bad kicking people out even though they are buying from his store, telling them don’t need your business as well as calling police on whoever drinking his coffee outside for longer than 5 minutes, Overall the worst experience for how to deal with customers

The worst DD I ever went to. First time I went there the hot latte I ordered was 3/4 foam and barely enough coffee. Second time the bagel was burnt and instead of the latte I ordered (after specifically telling them less foam) they messed up and gave me a hot chocolate. Always check your food before you leave this place with it!!!! I Found another location with way better service.

Absolutely horrible service!! Steer clear....you have great locations on Dempster & Crawford or Gross Point / Golf Rd. This location is not only unclean and unsanitary, BUT MAKES MISTAKES TO YOUR DRINK ORDERS AND NO APOLOGIES WHATSOEVER!! No sense of customer service and a huge waste of time! To sum it up: TRASH LOCATION, TRASH EMPLOYEES AND ESPECIALLY TRASH OWNER (SARGON)! SIMPLY TRASH

Ordered a coffee to go. Also visited the facilities. Felt like we needed a shot for safety. One bathroom stall has NO door, the other stall was scary and also needed severe attention. Soap dispenser on wall and hand dryer, but sink was nasty and had note taped to mirror stating sink was broken. I'm uphauled that the health department allows this.
