Paid $7 for my order. Specifically asked not to put a lot of ice. The drink was ALL ICE. Barely any liquid when I addressed this, the unprofessional worker ; instead of fixing the drink I paid for like I asked him to as the customer, REFUSED and fought with me and gaslit me into saying the drink was made right and would not change the order after I overpaid. Absolutely the most Terrible location with pathetic service. It’s not the drink it that is trivial it was the principal that the customer comes first. Absolutely trash

So I was going to use the bathroom and then make a purchase. The lady refused me to use the bathroom despite me buying a drink. NEVER GO to this store ride and poor customer service Horrible and rude I’m calling the manager as well

We arranged a baby shower at work for one of our colleagues. And I chose to bring donuts from this dunkin donuts where I used to work before and I asked for pink donuts and to my surprise they even made pink Boston creme. All of my colleagues were so surprised and happy. We made a beautiful donut and munchkin tower. Thanks Neha.
