The staff is *extremely* knowledgeable. I'll bring them odd requests, and they always have a product that meets needs and more. They have a remarkably diverse product line (for paint, I wouldn't have expected that) and I've never been anything less than blown away by product quality. Also, the staff are all fun people with a great sense of humor.
