This visit was flawless. Directions given to find the MRI Dept were accurate. Once there we were greeted by happy employees. I actually lost sleep the night before thinking we'd never find our way to the next appt for a CT Scan. No worries there; we were shown the way. It was pouring when we left and was greeted by a lovely lady in the parking lot holding an umbrella to take us to our truck - what a LOVE she was. Never got her name (wish we had) but gave her a hug anyway. KUDOS to you folks! Tom & Deb

They sent me to the psych ward quite a few times after i almost died and more, they requested I stay there for a couple weeks. kinda helpful, but wicked boring not enough outside time feels like a total disconnect and some people have a life.

Went to the BED was told they would call my boyfriend and ask him if he felt I was safe at home. They called him and said they felt I was depressed and there’s nothing they can do for me

Really upset! My psychiatrist told me that if I ever needed help, while they’re on vacation, another practitioner would be at CCS Psychiatry, to help me. I called Thursday, around 1:00 pm, was told my doctor was out, but, because I had a prescription issue, even though it wasn’t my fault, I still had to give them 48 hrs. to process my request. The person even agreed that it wasn’t my fault that my mail order was delayed by holiday shipping, but she wouldn’t budge. Told me she’d try, and would call me back. I gave her 24 hrs, and then I called back. Got the answering service (at 1:30 pm!!), and they were given clear instructions that, calls for prescriptions, were not to be forwarded to the practitioner on call. This was insane and cruel, but she was just doing her job. I told her that bureaucracy was preventing me from getting my mood stabilizing meds, and I was very anxious. She didn’t even know what bureaucracy meant! I called the main hospital and asked for the doctor on call, and he could’ve cared less! I told him all he needed to do was look at my chart and send a few days worth of prescriptions over to CVS, which would take about 5 minutes. He refused to help me! How uncaring and insane is this hospital and CCS Psychiatry?! VERY! SHAME ON THEM! I can’t wait to share this story with my psychiatrist the next time we meet!! What will they think about how the people who are supposed to be backing them up when they’re away???!!!
