I used to be a regular shopper here i used to shop regularly many things. But i saw theyre not equal with all the people , my mom went to shop with me with me and she had to used the restroom pretty badly but they said they didnt had a restroom when apparently 2 people "shoppers"already used it. Thats messed up and not fair, not going back again.

This place is a super clean and friendly place and as part of the mission thrift family it also is for a good cause it is probably the nicest one of the 3 and is super organized and clean and also just feels like a more up scaled version of the thrift stores in its line up this is like the premium store in their franchise

the lighthouse shop downtown used to be the last good thrift store so when YUGM opened, i was primed to love it and it defo lived up to the LS standards. the prices and items were things i actually wanted. something happened in the past year or so and all the UGM have seriously tanked. the prices are insane for being second hand. like antique store prices but thrift store quality. i wouldn’t describe this store as clean, but it’s far better than any goodwill. idk, with every additional visit, i find this store more and more disappointing.

One star because the young lady at the front counter told me a jacket was not for sale and then, 4 minutes later sold it to another customer. When I asked her about it she said, “they took it to the back to get a price”. So if you find something you like without a tag- take it to “the back”.
