We went in and bought three pairs of boots, hats, and accessories. Within 7-10 days the boots I got my three year old granddaughter were coming apart and the design was wearing off. I called the store to ask about this and they told me they absolutely stood behind their products and would replace them. I took the boots back in to get them replaced and was told by the associate that the boots were "showing wear" and they would not replace them. I guess to boot barn boots falling apart after a week is showing wear and is the customers fault. They absolutely refused to warranty the product or replace it. See pictures

Went in to buy 2 pair lady's pants and 1 pair thermal sock only got 1 pair of pants and socks. Three different people couldn't get the second pair of pants rung up I gave up incompetent employees don't please me we will see if you correct this problem thx
