Went and picked out a house (colors, vinyl, cabinets, etc) Contacted a few times and didn’t get any updates, was told they would reach out. Never heard back from anyone there. Ended up getting a house from showcase homes of Maine. This was over a year ago.. nice try with the excuse your people are in PA this week.

My apologies to Coastline and Atlantic homes, there IS a dealer out there worse than you two...This is my notice to the good ppl of Maine, don't expect Trish to treat you with respect or lift a finger to help you with anything without an argument...Keep in mind, everything is going to be YOUR fault and YOU had the attitude problem first, not her.........Contract law means nothing to her and she loves to threaten and attempt to intimidate...right Trish? Can't wait to show your emails/texts to the board...Looking forward to your "going out of business" sale. I'm sure your Dad is proud of you.

We had the most pleasant experience with pine view homes! We spent two years trying to get a home with the current market with no success and once we heard about this business within 24/48 hrs we got a home off their lot and land as a turn key package. Trish is outstanding and very knowledgeable. Every employee we encountered was kind and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this business for your next home!!!

Pine View Homes was very polite and courteous. They were understanding to my reasoning as to why my delivery had been a bit late. The staff gives a warn welcome when you walk through the door. I would recommend talking to them for your next home purchase.
Ted, your own experience was your own fault. Oxford Homes & Atlantic will agree with me when I say that you don’t follow procedures or policies. You go from dealership to dealership having issues so I know I can say for a fact that the problem is you.

The financial institution that you choose can do the land home packages. We can however put the site work quotes and closing costs into our contract. The price includes delivery up to 100 miles, and set up. If you are looking for a double or single wide we do the blocking, leveling, and hurricane tie downs.
