Saw "The Gift of the Magi". Right at Prescott Park so it has the same potential parking issues. Performance was solid. Good voices, interesting job with the minimal set. Small intimate theater comfortable seating on 3 sides. Serve coffee in real mugs you can take in with you. Price was good. Performers were very personable after the show.

The Players Ring is a cozy venue that provides affordable theatre space for local production companies. They have a strong focus on local playwrights. Very clean and friendly, easy to find. Seats are comfortable, decoration done with love. All seats are very close to the stage so you don't miss a word. Loved it!

I really don't know what the procedure is regarding scripts. I have a friend whose script was read at the theater I will ask him about the procedure.
Usually 8 on Friday and Saturday and 3 on Sunday. But as the other poster said check the website to be sure before you go.
No, generally first come first served. Occassionally some seats seem to be reserved. The seating layout varies from play to play.
