I believe you walk in from 9am till 1pm, however appointments are priority and after 1pm they are generally interviewing for cases
USCIS knows you have an appointment with them, regardless if it says it's close or nobody's answering your call. Just go to your scheduled appointment. Trust me, they'll be there.

I suggest you speak to a immigration lawyer on this. This office processes applications submitted to the USCIS.
My husband needs the physical immigration, is it true that military physicians are athorized to preform the physical immigration test in a military facility? I found it in the official uscis website, but my lawyer says he doesn’t know.

Get a new lawyer! USCIS does have 1-800 number and they will answer all your questions.
I have a biometrics appointment at 2 p.m, but the offices opens until 12 p.m. What I suppose to do?

Biometrics and Main USCIS offices are separate offices. Your 2pm biometrics is valid.
Will the uscis office be open on monday? I am trying to contact the anchorage. Does anyone know who I can contact to do the biometrics before I have to leave anchorage?

The most direct way to get your questions answered are to visit your nearest immigration office. I know that sounds basic, but it's true. I've been told that some regions take much longer than others to process applications. I don't know which office you're dealing with, but i do know that some folks move as far as to Alaska, because the process goes much faster in that state. Hope this helps...
