Post master refuses to be a signature witness which is part of his job. If he does not want to do his job he should be forced to search for another. Laziness isn’t acceptable just bc it’s a government job.

I don’t know what kind of business you’re running here but I just had the ABSOLUTE rudest call from a manager at your 800 ingra street anchorage Ak 99501. The mail man is REFUSING to use the cleared driveway we have and wants to use the alley way that the plows go through and pile up snow constantly. I am a single mom of 2 kids, I work full time and I go to school full time. I told her I can’t go out there and shovel an entire snow berm myself every time it snows. Her response? “You just need to pick up a shovel and keep it clear because we are not going to waste our time walking up your drive way to drop off the mail”. I’ve never had a more appalling interaction with any sort of management in my life.

Hire smarter people who have common sense, as well as people who can read, I have had mail from different addresses from my address get put in my mailbox and recently my daughter did not receive a package that was considered received by the post office website, the mailman told his supervisor he put the package in my mailbox but it was not there which probably means that he put it in someone else’s mailbox by mistake but doesn’t want to own up to his mistakes

Very rarely do I take the time to leave a review, but the service here compels me. The lady that always wears the flower in her hair, Gloria I think is her name, makes my day everytime I come in. She's always on top of her game, working quickly, efficiently, but the way she talks with customers is really something special and unique, even the rude ones. I truly love working with her to accomplish my postal needs for the week. Thank you so much Gloria for just being you. You're amazing and truly a blessing to the postal service. Looking forward to my next visit 😊
