Not sure. I will start by making it clear, it wasn’t necessarily busy but a 20 top table got sat right before us in our section, so a little wait was expected. Drinks did take a hot minute or 10 to get ordered but we were enjoying ourselves so it was fine. The guy finally had made it to us and got us our drinks right away. The real fun started 20 minutes if day later, the waiter comes back, and asks to sit down with us to take our order? I mean sure why not, just was… different. Waiter was pretty nice but did seem stressed and tired. Waiter took our order, and went and potentially stabbed the order?? We did realize the large table got their orders ahead of us, but after 30 minutes, they all got their food and we were like ah cool now our turn 😄😄. nope 😟. It took I’d say another 30 minutes for MOST of our food… except mine. I ordered boneless wings, everyone else had ordered sandwiches. I did find out wings DO take longer, but it’s was a good 15-20 minutes later. Finally I did get my food and ate lonely as everyone else talked over empty plates which was whatever, but oh no the fun doesn’t stop here. The ambience was just stellar with nearly every table being dirty not just with crumbs, but full on plates, cups napkins and stayed dirty from the time we sat down, and were still all dirty when we left after 2 hours. None of this was our servers fault, I honestly felt bad for him. wont probably be returning but it was a different change of dining experience.

Put in a large catering order on fairly short notice. The manager personally oversaw the preparation and packing of the order. Everything was great. Special requests were all met precisely. Staff was attentive. Order was completed and ready on time. Very friendly.

Got here before 5 on a Friday. At arrival the place wasn’t busy and compared to most places in the QC area was well staffed, however you would have thought it was extremely busy. It took forever to get service. The chips and queso came right and were good. Then the wait began. There should have been a disclaimer for the bone in wings that stated “we chase down, catch, kill, pluck all feathers, and then pull you’re chicken when you order”! I would have ordered boneless had I known I would wait for 45 minutes for the wings. I will state however that when they finally got to me they were good.

Gave 3 stars vs 0 cause the employees are trying. If there was a grade for restaurant management it would be 0 There is an obvious training and management issue here. Everyone is busy but nothing gets done. Check out this order of fries. Lol. This came out before the appetizer and still waiting for it he second persons main course.
