Amazing care for an unbelievably low cost compared to what I've seen both in Maine and nearby states! Everyone from the receptionists to the vet techs to the surgeons obviously care about and are good at caring for your pet and have their health and well being in mind for all their decisions. We were visiting family for the weekend when my dog received a very unwelcome gift of porcupine quills in her chin. I pulled out what I could but it became clear some were broken off very short and I was going to need some help. I called early the next morning (Saturday) and they got her in immediately even though they have less staff than usual on Saturdays. They were so nice and understanding and seemed really caring towards my totally terrified dog (she hates every vet, nothing personal!) they got her fixed up for me and trimmed her nails while they were at it. They even called first thing Monday morning to see how she was and sent the records to our usual vet. Seriously excellent practice. I’m so grateful to them for how they helped us when we really needed it!!

It was a very scary time for me because I had no idea if my dog would survive - the staff here were professional, knowledgeable, and kind. X-rays, hospital care, and prescriptions, they handled it all. I'm so grateful, and so is Sadie, my 8 year old black lab pup who is doing just fine!

The level of care and experience is a real blessing in our area. They are a true animal hospital as well. The always let you know the cost before they proceed with treatment. They are especially sensitive with end of life care. They have provided excellent card to several family pets over the years.
