my package was directed here, called telling them it was a mistake and was assured it would be sent back to the address on the package. it was sent back to the sender instead. store lies. do not recommend this location.

Anyone giving this store less than 5 ⭐️ stars is probably just hard to please ever! Customer service was great today and last week. People showed up late, yes 30 minutes before closing Is late and you know you are not the only one. The lady today was so sweet and patient, I can’t imagine dealing with these people complaining.

Esther was the worst customer service I've ever received! She was rude and short and unwilling to help me at all! I ended up calling customer service with Amazon regarding my return and they told me I could print out my label myself. She wanted to charge me and didn't even help with any suggestions. Then, while I was on the phone with Amazon she told me to stop yelling. I was trying to get help and I was talking on the phone! She is a bit power hungry or something! I will never use this store again and if I was the owner I would not employ such rude and incompetent employee. She (Esther) is causing you to loose loyal customers. Thanks you. Brenda Barfield
