I went there at 12 noon. The Hispanic ladies that work there have 0 customer service and you can tell they are racist. When I walked in and a few other women of color walked in the didn't greet us at all but as soon as a white lady walked in they yell out "WELCOME TO RAINBOW!!" Like, really?? Then when it's time for me to check out she doesn't greet me at all, snatches my item out of my hand and rings it up. After getting rung up and paying I say thank you and she didn't even say anything back. This rainbow had everything I was looking for but next time when I come back I will not speak to acknowledge the rude Hispanic workers ever again.

I'm so angry. This place is awful and I'm sure it doesn't help that the mall it's in has gone down rapidly but no effort is made for good customer service. Yes, the area isn't great but there is a security tag on literally every single item, even socks and underwear. The girl who rang me up most recently couldn't even follow the simple instructions her manager gave her on how to ring up sale items. She was so slow that another girl came along behind her to try and get all of the security tags off faster. Problem is between the chaos of the two of them, they forgot the lipsticks that she had so much trouble ringing up. Two stars and that's only because the clothes are cute and the prices are great.
