Do your research before wasting time here. They were very vague in regards to the price of the dogs and want you to jump through hoops to find out. Like why do you have to watch a slide slow and presentation? Then wouldn’t give a straight answer to how much the dog was until an offer was made. It was honestly like negotiating for a car, when it’s a living being. Seems like they were more worried about their commission than finding the dog a good loving home. They weren’t willing to work with us upon our offer after my girlfriend and I both got approved. Manager and staff were rude and unprofessional. Definitely seemed like they were making the rules as they go. Over all I wouldn’t recommend buying an animal here. Animals were 10/10 staff was a 2/10 not pleased at all.

Went in just looking for a cage and saw a dog I thought was cute— we weren’t planning on buying a dog. The girl practically forced the dog on us making me feel awful to not purchase the dog. Honestly, if she wasn’t $6,500, I would have done it. I used to train service dogs, and those that failed the program were sold for less & fully trained. I understand they want to say a lot of time and effort went into raising the dogs and the detail what a wonderful life the dog has lived prior to arriving at their facility, plenty of space to run and outside time everyday…until they arrive at Petland. It kills me that this dog has yet to be adopted. Id purchase her for $1,500 with none of their added non-sense. If I have to pay $6,500, I’ll pay for the failed service dog. At least the money goes back to a company helping others. On top of that, the girl that tried to sell us the dog suggested we pay to register the dog as a service animal to bypass our communities 2 pet limit. Not professional or right in my option.

Great experience at Petland! Gianna was very helpful and knowledgeable! She was friendly and professional in her approach. We are very please with our puppy regarding his appearance, health and demeanor. However, even though we were able to negotiate the price a small amount, he was very expensive. All in all, Giana helped us make a great decision and our new family member is a wonderful addition to our family!

Great store associates.. Everyone was helpful. Puppies were out for play. Other puppies were in units with suitable playmate. Usually only 2 puppies to each space. Larger puppies had larger cubbies. Very spacious cubbies. Plastic grated flooring allowed better footing for pups (than wire cages). Also of note.. THIS store honors appointments and veterans. Joyfully met the sweetest pup. Will be taking her home.

Yes they do. I believe they have 1. I also work there. Im scheduled for 3 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. today if youd like to come in I can help you Ill most likely be at the front desk. I can have a Pet Counselor assist you as well. As for pricing you can come in and a Pet Counselor can assist you better.
