Went there spent almost 200 buying g a fish tank and other products only yo find out when I got home that that they are selling used products as new. Water filter was filled with water, filter was dirty. Called the store and they want me to drive over an hour back and forth for an exchange and recommend me calling customer service which I did only to be told there were nothing they could do. Not even send me a new one and I return this one by mail. Be aware.

Dog food selection isn’t great. I bought two bags of a high quality dog food that were on sale. I bring them home and they are over a year expired. I look it up and it’s legal to sell expired dog food. Just beware. If it’s on sale it’s likely expired. Disappointing from a company claiming to care about pets choosing money over health.

I called the Grooming center at the store to make an appointment for my dog. No one answered, left a message as requested, and took 2 days for someone to get back to me. I was running a little late, so I tried to call to let them know. Again, no one answered, and they had no time and wanted to reschedule. I explained we were leaving the next day but I will find someone when we get where we are headed.

GREAT Service and SUCH great care!!! Took my little princess in to be groomed after it being the only place in the area with an appointment available this weekend. Met Crystal in the morning at the front and dropped off my little Phoebe who has had terrible issues with her eyes from tears since we adopted her. We've taken her to a couple different groomers but this was our best so far, and with their new subscription based dog services I honestly don't think we will be taking our girls anywhere else! Crystal did a FANTASTIC job!!! Phoebe looked so amazingly cute and perfect, exactly the cut that I had asked for too! Definitely, definitely ask for Crystal!
