If I could give it 0 stars I would. This hotel is so gross and dirty. The curtains in our room had cigarette holes burns. We had two beds one was so hard felt like you were sleeping on the floor the second bed the moment you sat down you dipped right to the floor. Stains all over the carpet. The whole hotel smelled of smoke. Don't stay here!

Absolutely the worst hotel I've stayed in and that's saying alot considering I travel frequently. The hotel lobby was filthy and the room was worse. Both mattresses were severely stained one with what looked like blood. The other with a big stain I'm assuming was urine. The hotel was hot and smelled like smoke mixed with a swamp. The manager is never on site. Even when they are supposed to be. I stayed in the room only long enough to book a different hotel knowing I'd probably not be refunded. This hotel is not safe and is a health concern. Avoid at all costs.

0 Stars. Staff was incredibly unpleasant from check in to check out. Room smells like it was a cigarette friendly hotel, the ceiling was peeling off, bathroom just seemed stained dirty. The “manager” on duty was extremely rude on the morning of our check out. As a diabetic, my blood sugar fell low and needed something to get my blood sugar back to a safe range. Sent my husband down to get a cup of juice and he was yelled at to get out of the breakfast area. He then explained I was diabetic and needed something and the man was still extremely rude. My husband got a single cup of juice anyway and the man came running at him pointing in his face yelling he needed to put it back and that he needs to leave the hotel. Meanwhile is was 6:55am ONLY five minutes before the breakfast area was technically opened. Just unhappy with our experience and felt that the man’s actions were uncalled for.

Bed was rock hard, equivalent to sleeping on the floor. Housekeeping needs to slow down and check their work as the room was only half clean. Splashes of liquid on the walls throughout the room and bathrooms. Hair and dirt in the shower, mirrors streaky or not even cleaned. TV stand dusty, bed sheet inside out. Tub is a climb up and down a couple feet to get in and out of. Staff was pleasant and location was good and safe. Breakfast advertised as hot but it was basic with cereal bear claws and instant oatmeal it appeared.
