Called their parts department, needing a part. They said they have one in stock. I gave my name and requested for them to hold it for me as I have an hour drive. When I got there they said they don't have it in stock. Not even an apology. When I complained the person said they can order it for me and I can pick it up when it comes in and they will give me a discount. I told them discount on a 14 dollar part? No thanks. Cost me more in gas. Never waste my time at that place. In addition,. There was 20 customers in the store and they started a gas zero turn and filled the showroom with carbon monoxide gas with no regards for the people. After leaving there I felt nauseous from inhaling those fumes. Terrible place and should be investigated by the state.

The staff are super knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. If you want a great selection of better than Home Depot or Lowe's lawn equipment, this is the place to shop and buy.

They seem to be very honest first time I've ever dealt with them I would have to post back later to see how the outcome comes this is the first time I've ever dealt with them but so far they seem very professional and friendly and I like that right off the bat they are very good have my mower ready the next day I was surprised I will use them again.

Great experience. Had an issue w zero turn PTO switch causing engine to cut off. After first trip to Choo Choo, the problem remained and managers arranged to pick the mower back up where they found the shorted wire. I appreciated the management listening and following thru with fixing the problem even despite it costing them $ to come and pick the mower back up. Choo Choo has earned my future business for sure.
