7/15/22 response to owner: The reply from the owner today is a farce. They did meet with me but did not do anything to make the situation right. I switched companies and things got better. ORIGINAL REVIEW Beware, look at the recent reviews. Nice people with horrible results. I have been using them for almost a year to treat my lawn. It started out with a new St Augustine lawn that did need a little work but it was 100% st Augustine with a few brown patches so I decided to hire a professional firm to get it and keep it in shape. In April, I called to cancel but they were so nice and committed to resolving the problem so I continued to pay given their assurances. Here it is in September and things have gotten so bad I will have to kill the grass and start over despite paying them monthly to take care of my yard. I now have crabgrass, Bermuda grass, brown patches, and completely grass free patches. I'm embarrassed by my yard and this firm should not be in the yard business. The Bermuda grass spread when they aerated my lawn because they likely transferred the seeds to the backyard where before they aerated (which I paid for) there was no Bermuda grass and viola a few weeks after their service, Bermuda grass showed up. They asked me again today to give them another chance but I cannot keep paying for a service that delivers results that make my yard look worse than before. The supervisor who has been out here 3 times always blames something other than their service. Meanwhile my neighbors yard looks great and is right next to mine. If they could fix my yard, I would love to do business with the firm (not the manager of my area though). I like family businesses and their intentions are good. Perhaps I just have a really bad service area (Westchase) and encourage everyone to beware of what you might get if you try them. Don't wait as long as I did to cancel. Here are just a few pictures of how my front yard looks after 9 months of service. You can't see the bermuda grass but you can see some crab grass. Clearly you can see the bald spots and brown spots. This is after 9 MONTHS of service!

Mowing service doesn't show up and when they do, everything is rushed; uneven cutting, damaged grass ends, broken sprinklers, overgrown shrubs, deck and pool are a mess; for which I pay $141 per month for their best service. Lawn spray service not so bad, but then again, the bar has been low; lots of weeds, brown patches and now pests killed a large section of the backyard. The area manager has been a constant no show. Run!

This company will leave your property unsecured! My gates were left open..... didn't tell me or call me to tell me. My gate that is normally locked at times,and they have the key along with myself.I have dogs that go in and out throughout the day. My Jetskis are also parked in the back yard as well. So I had to leave work and secure my belongings. They unlocked my gates and my property and did not secure when they left. Beware of this company.

DO NOT USE!!! After 6 long weeks of calling and giving them multiple chances to rectify this awful service, we are finally calling it quits. We were paying for the “full” service which (per their website & our price sheet) is supposed to included bush/hedge trimming for under 6ft and weed treatment including hand pulling weeds. In the 6 weeks we paid for the “full” service, neither of those things were ever done. Trimming/edging is supposed to be already included in the basic service, but they neglected to do that either. Our grass strip in-between the fence and the pond was never cut until the last 2 weeks. Even so, we were told they cannot cut all of it due to the type of grass. Well, that’s funny since the other lawn companies have no reservation cutting our neighbors’ strips? We had to call weekly with frustration and every time customer service assured us our account notes were updated to include more detail to provide better service. Every week they asked us for a chance to improve and keep our business- yet Every week was the same poor service. Pictures don’t lie. I want to add that this review is in no reflection of the customer service team. They were friendly and efficient. Very responsive via phone & email. However, the service team & their management clearly only care about quantity of appointments and not the quality of their work. We are now paying less per month with a new company, for even better quality! Highly recommend to avoid all together and save yourself the headache!
