Super rude owners. The gate is always opened. There is dog waste in many places. Much of the storage property is dark. Asking them to close the gate is a joke. I’m laughed at by the office person. With the rolling of her eyes, she tells me it’s not her problem if my unit gets broken into by someone in the dark. Even she said she wouldn’t keep her things there.

Two rate increases in first five months. No effort to clean snow from the driveway. Gate has been open all winter. Units are barely accessible and some not at all. Many will be flooding when the snow melts. Terrible!
