Lovely place, enchanting, im sure the wines are also lovely but we didnt get a chance to try anything after driving miles to get there we were turned away because a private party was on the way. Always have a section reserved for everyday customers you never know whos coming during business hours or at least give us a tour after we have come so far during the business hours you have posted. Very unprofessional and extremely poor customer service

Horrible customer service! A few weeks ago i had tickets for the live music on the lawn. I found out that the whole band wasn't gonna be there as advertised. I asked for a refund well before the start of the show and was told no. Went went anyway, got there and the band that was there sounded like they were doing drunk karaoke. It was ridiculous. Not only that but the food on site was already out and we got there at 7pm right on time. There was no wine to taste and only expensive bottles to purchase. Not a big deal, we understand it might be different for an event. But why was the food already out?! We were also ignored by the woman working the table taking orders and money. A gentleman who was taking tickets ended up coming over and helping us. We left after about 30 minutes. I tried calling over and over to speak to a manager. ive been getting ignored. We paid over $30 for tickets . I've been to a lot of live music events and never had this experience. I finally got a hold of the owner who wasn't very professional at all.. It's a beautiful property but I'll never go back after that.

Lovely place. Great wine, great people, and kid-friendly. They have chickens and a koi pond, and you can play bocce and corn hole. We'll be back for sure!

Enchanting, delightful, delicious, and all around wonderful. Yes, I loved the wine, but J Bell is so much more! Family friendly koi pond, corn hole games, poultry wandering around the lawns, and playing host to the exquisite Il Grasso restaurant. Friendly, unhurried, unpretentious service. BTW, they have hookups for RVs in the orchard! Stop by—you’ll be glad you did!

The Great American Trainwreck concert was really good, so were those great wines! My question is, does that medium sized sheepdog that was wandering the grounds belong to someone? Such a sweet dog but covered in cheatgrass. Can someone help?

We're glad to hear that you had a good time at the concert! The sheepdog is a resident of the campus here and must have gotten into some cheatgrass somewhere nearby, we have addressed the situation and he's all taken care of now. Thank you for your concern, hope to see you at the next concert!
