Good program, consistent weight loss if you follow the generic diet instructions they give you. Works well in conjunction with many lifestyles and personality types. Cliquey staff though, and comes off as a pill-based program.

Hello Joni, an appointment is necessary, but only on the first appointment. After that you are on a drop in basis. You can either request an appointment from the website, or call us for an appointment.
