Sucks came all the way from LA and this wifi company was slow af couldn’t even listen to my music in the washer without it pausing can you image how awkward I felt standing there for a minute so my music video can play smh

Hi Roxanne! Our current max speeds for residential user is 15mbps for $75/mo. It's not great for heavy usage, and it's availability is dependent on one's proximity line of sight to our towers. We have significant upgrades planned for the next few years, and hope to be offering faster speeds by 2022. Thank you for your inquiry, and have a great day!
Hi Aile - Our email server crashed catastrophically wednesday afternoon. We've been working through the night on it to try to get all the data restored, and server back online. Hopefully that will be done today. In an un-related but ill-timed coincidence, our other server - the one that routes phone calls to the correct people after hours - has also been acting up.
