The staff was great, exam was standard and quick. Everything about the initial experience was perfectly fine. The ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars is because I was told me contacts would deliver in two weeks and it took SIX. Before anyone comes for me, no I didn't miss a call that they were ready, or take several weeks to go in after they were there. They truly took 6 weeks from my exam date to my contacts arriving at the store. I ordered glasses as well and those came in after 2 weeks and I picked them up about a week later and asked about my contacts and I was told they had just shipped... annoying but at least on their way. I don't know if that person lied so I wouldn't ask more questions or if the were held up in transit but they took another 3 weeks to arrive. When I DID go get them, I asked what took so long and I could tell the staff person helping me was stumped and I know it isn't THEIR fault, but this company needs to choose a more reliable provider and/or shipping company if they want to keep in business. Sorry but six weeks is an absurd about of time for two boxes of contacts to come in. And if you wear contacts, you know how stressful it is to be on your last couple pairs (the ones I use are long wear and thankfully I had enough but not everyone does by the time they order). Again, the employees were wonderful but I don't think I will return because I have no way of knowing if they would take as long again to get what I ordered.

Vision works is requiring masks even though it’s not state mandated which is fine. But literally every time I go in they are always out of masks and end up turning customers away. All I’m going to say is if you are going to require masks then please have them available for your customers. If this was one instance that would be one thing, however this is not the first time and I have seen them turn away other customers for the same reason.

The doctor is amazing but the staff in the lobby don't have a clue what's going on , they're rude and inconsiderate. I will never return ! I highly recommend going somewhere else. This place is way too expensive and when you have a problem with your glasses they do not wanna take responsibility for defects in making the lens . Then they wanna charge $50 on top of the $800 i already spent .

Stopped to get my glasses adjusted after they were obliterated in Pittsburgh, Elias was amazing and very patient and attentive to skin conditions I have. Would definitely go back to him
