After the frustration of dealing w/several Ford dealerships in the LA area, my friend recommended Bob Wondries as "the only honest dealer left in the area". He was correct! I've had excellent service from them without tacking on all the unnecessary 'extras'. This dealer is an hour from my home and it's worth the drive every time.

Starting that my car had a recall and it didn't pass the smog for other reasons. I went there to fix the recall and did the inspection to see what was the problem that my car didn't pass the smog. The came out saying that the problem would cost $2000 for me to fix it. Two weeks later I take my car to other mechanic to show them the paper they gave me with the problems because I thought it'll be cheaper and guess what, the decent mechanic did the smog check again and said that everything was FINE and I PASSED THE SMOG without need to spend any money to fix the problem they told me my car had. "They were just trying to pull your leg girl." Like most of the mechanics does..

Okay, this is a mixed review. I find their parts department to be pretty good. I purchased relay and a power steering rack here. Great service polite people very professional. Called to day to get the shoes in my drum brakes replaced. Wow. I got a spiel about how Ford stops making parts after 15 or 20 years. Yes my 02 Ranger is now 20 years old and still runs like a champ. I guess if you have an older car don't call this dealer because they don't want to service older vehicles. So what is Ford no longer makes the shoes, I bet money they did not make them originally but used a supplier who also sells them after market. So why can't the dealer use those? Again it seems like they just do not want to service older vehicles. So service department gets zero (0) stars and parts gets five stars. so an overall of 2.5 stars rounded down.

Let's start with the fact that I (and probably everyone else) hates having to deal with a dealership to purchase a car. But I have to give props to Bob Wondries Ford for making the experience as easy as possible. I can't speak for other sales staff, but Steven Ortiz was extremely professional and quick to followup. While I didn't get the deal I had hoped for, it was reasonable and I liked working with Steven. After the sale was completed, Steven spent as much time with us as needed to answer questions. I also had a good experience with Christian, the finance manager who worked with us on all the paperwork. While he certainly talked to all the add-ons and warranty extensions, I made it pretty clear I was not interested and he did not try to pressure us on the additional sales. I find the fact that dealerships are adding significantly to the MSRP disturbing, and seriouly taking advantage of the buying public. I talked with a number of dealers, and most just were not interested in even negotiating. Bob Wondries still jacked up the price, but at least we had reasonable discussions. It was a slog to get to Alhambra from Santa Monica, but worth the effort.

I would contact their accounting office on Monday to be sure you send it to the right address
You need to call the service department but, but also get other estimates as you may find a cheaper price
Yes they are on the same place.
Thank you to those of you responding. Greatly appreciated!!
Yes
You could have it delivered and you could fly it yourself, but it doesn't make sense. Just go to the dealership at your destination
Yes they do have markups on Raptors
