VERY poor experience. Our host was unwelcoming and our server was about the same. We ordered drinks and they forgot one for 10mins. Our food was extremely poor, they forgot items and the server didn't come to check on our table a single time, we had to wave an expeditor down. Our server wasn't busy, it was a motivation thing. There seemed to be no care for customer experience by her. Our hot food was cold and our cold food was warm. Chicken was so cold on one meal we couldn't eat it, our quesadillas were basically chips we almost no cheese on them, our hamburger bun was stale and crumbled to the touch and our salad was so warm it was a soggy mess. Server didn't ask how anything was, expeditor had an earpod in, host was almost rude, no visible management, place felt dirty, and poor food quality.

Service was not great on a Friday night. The hosts were a bit absent-minded and careless (they almost seated people at our table, not realizing we were still there), and the servers did not check us regularly. They even forgot the people across from us for a good while. When they were at our table, they were polite (I say "they" because Preston was training Brittany, and he did very well in offering her insider knowledge of the trade... Well done, Preston). Food was good. The 2 for $25 deal was fun because we got to get an appetizer and dessert. Portion sizes are fair. Highly recommend the skillet cookie!

I will not be ordering or dining with Chilis again. I ordered the nachos. I’m not quite sure what I received when I picked up my take out order this evening. The “nachos” were not like anything I’ve had in house or at other chilis locations. The other part of our order was soggy and gross. Very disappointing.

I had a terrible experience at this chili’s. It started when I asked for a VIRGIN piña Colada and they claimed they couldn’t do so because everything is pre-made. Which is a big trigger to me as I’m a recovering alcoholic… needless to say I broke my sobriety tonight night. Then I tried to order spinach artichoke dip and they claimed they “never” offered it on their menu which I KNOW they did. Then to top it off, me and my two friends I was with both had our empty glasses and were never offered a refill or asked how the food tasted. We got dirty looks and stares by two of the employees there. The restaurant was dead this night and there’s no excuse for the behavior. I’m kind enough not to post the waitresses name but please reach out so action can be taken. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SERVICE!!
