Ugh! I've bought so many cars and this is the worst. Paid cash yet they swore they had to run my credit. They don't. That's a scam. They lied and lied. I just asked for an apology and they went ghost. No response from salesman Tom and Kevin as well as manager Bob Garcia. This was a simple fix yet it's been over a month and no response. This was first experience with Ford and will be my last.

I called inquiring about the Mach E and was quoted a price with a $20,000 markup. When I informed them that another nearby dealer is selling the same vehicle at MSRP, just pending inventory, the salesman laughed at me, told me good luck, and hung up. Extremely unprofessional. Just because market conditions are in your favor right now does not mean you can treat customers poorly. Car dealerships are dying, so they're going to take advantage in the short window of time they still have left. I'm glad they showed their true colors up front before I wasted any more of my time with them.

Very professional! Helped explain everything thoroughly. I ordered my new bronco through them and when there was an issue with Ford not matching the price of the original one I ordered, they team at Santa Monic Ford stepped in and solved in the issue in just minutes. Great support, always available and I would highly recommend getting your car from Kevin and his team.

Just got by Bronco Sport at this dealership. My sales rep Chet was fantastic. he explained the difference between the trims very well, let me test drive several different ones without any pressure. Despite new cars currently being sold over sticker price, I ended up paying a super fair price and got a fantastic value for my trade in. Everyone at the dealership was nice, helpful, nobody was pushy or tried to talk me into buying something I don't need. I highly recommend this dealership.
