Wow. Horrendous customer service. Called because I had a nail break and needed to get in for a last minute mani pedi. I called and the guy who answered the phone informed me they don’t deal with customers like me that don’t plan ahead. Bc I’m not what they there to help This place is insane. Who treats their customers like this. Get a clue. Especially in hartland where a large portion of the women are stay at home and can afford getting expensive salon treatments and nails done I guess they don’t care about customers. Or service I’ll be telling all my school moms to never to to Cj nails.

My daughter and I went here for the first time today. We loved it! Charlie is professional, personable and just plain funny. Our nails are wonderful and we will be back! I had been going somewhere where I felt nervous and pushed out the door. I was looking for somewhere that was more relaxed and calm. We found it! No rush, pampering, fun and a great result. Thank you, Charlie!

I have to do a massive shout out because this place is my absolute favorite! You are all AMAZING! I went here every month when I was in town and now I'm moving out of state so I'll be missing out :( they are so welcoming here and very friendly and do the absolute best job at every service- you should go here if you're in/near the Hartland area- 12/10 highly recommend this place and Charlie if you see this I MISS U have a great 2021!!!
