Ordered online waffle family meal extra side of bacon. Picked it up after a 10 minute wait. I had already arrived later to ensure a fast pick up. Got home and they gave me pancakes. It was my 6yr old son birthday and I wanted to eat with him, but I don't eat pancakes. I tried to call for 20 minutes straight with no answer. I hadn't slept yet after helping my kids move. So thank you for ruining my kids birth breakfast.

A nice coupon brought me here with a companion. The milk was very fresh, and the eggs were great, along with the hash browns, bacon and our respective fruity crepes and pancakes. Service was efficient and friendly. I see they have great 55+ and off-hour items. Tiny glitch in our bill, quickly made right. I hope to visit more often.

Very odd experience. The waitress was nice at first. my husband asked about the unlimited pancakes. The waitress said it wasnt going on anymore, but then said if he really needed it she could do it for him. But she tried to make him feel bad about it. Which was rude and unprofessional especially since she was making it into a joke. She then asked if he wanted more pancakes and when she brought them again tried to make him feel bad and act like it was a hassle. The table next to us had ants all over it. We had two kids and only got one kids menu. When we were done and ready to pay the waitress told us to pay with her not at the front which was odd since every other Ihop you pay at the register. But after telling us that she never came back so we could pay. So after 15 mins my husband paid at the front. The food was good, but I will probably not be going back to that specific location.
