Came here for Jury duty, which can occasionally be an unpleasant experience but everyone I dealt with during the process was very pleasant and patient even though they had to deal with hundreds of people coming and going. A very well organized facility if you end up getting summoned.

If you're going to have to sue someone in Small Claims, DO NOT RELY ON THE CLERKS IN THE COURTHOUSE. Instead, do your own research LONG BEFORE you begin the process. Do not ask other former Plaintiffs or Defendants. Begin with Legal Aid for Superior Court with incapsulates Small Claims Court. At every turn and instance in the process, go back to Legal Aid. WRITE DOWN YOUR QUESTIONS, MORE IMPORTANTLY, WRITE DOWN THEIR ANSWERS. Look up the dress and exclusion rules for entering the Courthouse. THEY WILL NOT LET YOU IN IF YOU DON'T FOLLOW THE RULES AND LAWS. Remember: no sharp objects of any kind or size and no heavy metal objects are allowed in. Good luck. You deserve it.

It is terrible driving around downtown Santa Ana. Construction is going on everywhere. And the parking is atrocious. Even the county workers within the justice center very rude. They really need to have some morale boosters because they were not nice at all. I hope they can work on their personal decorum.
