Victor and Ezekiel were phenomenal. They listened attentively and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Highly recommended place for great food Update: La señora in the night was rude and confrontational. She interrupted the lady helping us. It made it difficult to order because she wasn't listening to what we wanted. This hasnt been the first time that shes nit listened to what we order. She was argumentative about the quality then backed off when the newer employee was listening to our order. The tension between the employee’s can be felt while ordering which makes the experience uncomfortable. We ordered puro Cilantro a couple of times and they STILL gave a LOT of onion. MORE than Cilantro itself. Very unappealing and disappointing to say the least. Carnitas are good, we hope this can be fixed to help the environment feel more welcoming and appetizing.

This is the real taco at best! Fresh tortillas wrapping well prepared meats with good pico de Gallo and salsas. I love green salsa or salsa Verde here, and I can almost drink it like an actual drink. The service is a bit crude, but efficient enough. This is a butcher shop, not a sit-down 5 star restaurant. But this is a 6 star meat market. Been coming here since 1977, and things have changed here and there, but it stayed mostly the same. But I miss that big wooden butcher block that the workers used to crowd around to chop up the meat and stick their hack knives directly on the block by the corners. The meat cut up on those wooden block tasted better than it is today. But still, this is as good as it gets for tacos. To wash them down with either Jamaica or Tamarindo in the car is a privilege only available in Santa Ana! Gracias amigos.

Only bad thing that they don’t enforce the mask and the distance of each other when there are people without a mask inside facility. Other then that the best food .

Don't like el Toro anymore everything change special prices and food department same people whith different attitudes very bad,few days ago I went to get some to eat and I ask for salsa because they put only one and I was told only one per customer y want more I need to pay for it, so I just makes a comment and the cashiers answer very rude there I will be back even if I don't like it they're saying all people say that and they are back sorry but I never go back there are a lots of places to go and eat better food for less price and better attitude.

Hello Rocio, Tortilleria from Monday to Friday open from 6:00 am-9:00pm and on weekends we open from 5: 00-9: 00pm and for the Super Market we are open from 6:30 am-9:00pm.

New management, I think, I've yet not experience that kind of service, I've been a patron since the '70's, love their carnitas, salsas, n small tortillitas n iI buy my meats n vegetables n never have had a problem, sorry for your experience 🙏😞 have a blessed day😳
Yes... they do! Last month it was my baby's bday and I had carnitas rice and beans spent like about 500.00 kust on food used my EBT card thanks hard working Americans for making my child's bday one to remember 😊
