Yesterday April 7 I arrived at the station and some crazy man inside making a big disturbing and he trying to kick some lady. The security guard doesn't do anything,, is the second time to see same problem same station.

Santa Ana Transportation Center is in a rough place to begin with, but I get even worse, and more demeaning treatment from their security staff! Nevermind the homeless, avoid the lowbrow security.

Picked up and dropped off our Niece when she came to visit. I liked that they kept the place clean and welcoming. The staff was very helpful in directing us to where the bus could be dropping off our niece. Would definitely feel comfortable coming here again!

I was unable to find a single operational outlet inside of or anywhere around this entire building. Make sure your phone is charged before you show up! Also never assume that the outlets inside of the busses are going to work either. I've been on several busses where not a single outlet works. Packing an additional battery is almost necessary. The location was nice and clean. I was also invited to board an earlier bus than I was scheduled for to get a head start on my trip.

I'm sure they go to Washington both DC and Washington State but the best you can do to make sure is .Call there 1-800 number. Just do a Google search for it .
You have to go to the terminal that is in Santa Ana, you can buy it up to 3 weeks before your trip, it is easy and fast.

If they have departures to Las Vegas, sometimes on most routes, they transfer passengers to the downtown Los Angeles terminal and from there depart to different destinations
