The customer service is ridiculous and I say this because of one person in particular who is very rude and obnoxious. All I can say is if you don't have patience to deal with human beings do not find work where you have to interact with them. First of all you don't call someone's home early morning with an ignorant insulting tone because they need something from you as a job seeker. when they do come to an interview you're sarcastically belittling them and insulting thier children that is not a good look on FedEx behalf at all. Bullying should not be accepted anywhere and at no time at all especially not in a work environment. @fedExground building 5 you truly, need to look at who you have working for you as an HR. I will never put anyone through that I am glad my friends did not stay for the rest of the orientation to get any more bullying.

Driver scanned packages as delivered the day before and actually delivered them 4 hours later after I called FedEx.

No one was home for delivery so i went to home pick up at Building 5. Anthony and a very pleasant woman helped me get my delivery. Very professional and helpful. Need more people like that. 511 4th Ave

Drivers go on routes Everyday. Unless u set it as an appointment they wont deliver at 5pm. (Evening delivery) has to be schedule. Never kno your tv may have been sequenced with a high number being one of the last stops. During peak season every second counts. They try really hard
That's the old "419 scam" Steve Google it. For the official word Google "Nigerian Letter or “419” Fraud". The only new wrinkle is now that Nigeria aggressively pursues violators, the scam now involves banks in Benin the neighboring country. To answer your question no it most certainly is a scam.
