Pharmacy's great other then that it's gone down hill.. i worked at rite aid in the past & if anyone put a sale tag in the wrong place, we had honor the mistake. i walked back &forth through the whole store to make sure the date was right after the cashier told me it wasn't, the tag was connected to the price tag & the date was good for another 3 days. they did not check the tag w me(like we had to) or honor it. No matter if the date was wrong or wrong product under the tag, we still had to change the price. I'm not trying to get anything for free but that's ridiculous. this has happened b4 usually i just let it go but this was under dr's advice, so I'm very upset. I called rite aid head hq to make sure the policy has not changed & basically it was bc the people working there didn't want to do it? we've been loyal customers our whole lives!

Maria is VERY UNWELCOMING. Saying "whaaaat" when a customer inquires on something is not good customer service etiquette. Everytime I'm in this location, the same girl gives me some type of issue. Not sure what it is but I can almost guess... but she should be retrained on what to and what not to say. Also, for her to count the money 3 times... some math training might help as well. She should be a little more pleasant to folks. It's not like WE'RE going anywhere 🤭

The staff always helps me find needed products asap, so I can get out of the store quickly and away from many customers who dont care about close contact, in spite of Covid risk of infection. I often have to use my shopping cart to block them from a proper safe distance. Children run around the store improperly supervised, I always shop here but since Covid I never feel safe. A new cashier accidentally charged me twice for an item. I feel like she doesn't need one more headache, so I'm not reporting it. They're here to help us, and deal with difficult people all day long.
