Dude they got rid of those plastic tins and got these awesome never take out boxes. The fries are crunchy!!! That didn’t happen in other ones no matter where you order from slice is best in barrington

I’ve read a few reviews for slice and none of them mentioned the burgers!!! They’re absolutely amazing and if you haven’t had one your missing out. They don’t leave a grease mustache like Five Guys! Slice is my go to when I want a burger! It’s cooked on a grill and you can definitely tell in a very tasty way!!!! You won’t be let down i can guarantee that!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered food threw the slice app, and since it was a busy day, it said 75 minutes. Okay. No big deal. So over one hour later I get a text saying food is on the way. 40 minutes later, still nothing. So I called the store to find out where the food was, the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked her where the food was, she rudely replied “on the way” I said thank you and she hung up. 25 more minutes later I decided to go check outside (I live in an apartment building) and sure enough, they left my food outside, with no call, text or email. All of the food was disgusting and cold. My son wouldn’t even touch his food and he usually could care less if it is cold or not. I will NOT order from slice pizza ever again. When I contacted customer service from the app, the store put them on hold and over 45 minutes later I am still waiting.
