Fairly consistent with the other chains I've been to. I did have one negative experience I'd like to share in the hopes it doesn't reoccur. I had just moved to Chillicothe and had been in and out of here, buying lot of home items such as decor. I went in the day following one of these trips to return an item. Unused, tags on, receipt in hand, the whole 9. Well, there was an issue. It came off kind of confrontational, but objectively, I was told I wasn't able to return the item because there was a chance it was my fault for not checking it out more closely? I don't know, man. The manager got called over, we went back and forth a couple rounds, I kept my cool, it eventually got resolved peacefully on both ends. Maybe she was new or something because it sounded like she had a couple of key points backward. I've been back since and you can bet I am very thorough. I don't hold grudges toward the people, but my experiences henceforth have been tinted by a slight burden of misplaced responsibility in my opinion.

Best one I've ever seen.. the store was full.. great selection of nice suit cases.

Great store just not for me that visit only because it was two days before Christmas and they didn't have what I was looking for it was sold out. My fault of course not there's. Great store any other time. Check them out!
