Poor attention, there is only one machine available to make the reservation, they charge you the money and when you are going to use the unit it is not what you need and there is no way to communicate to request a refund

Avoid this place at all cost! Every gate code they provided us with did not work resulting in me calling the number and waiting 15+ minutes on someone to give me a temporary code each time I wanted to enter or exit the facility. I will DEFINITELY never use red dot again.

Customer Service was fantastic! We had planned to store at another facility and it didn’t go as planned. So we had a full trailer and no where to go. We called they set us up right away and we pulled in and unloaded. I would highly recommend. Thanks for the great service!

Just got spot, but code didn't work first day and was given temporary code and few days later Christmas eve it wouldn't work again my original code on my account. So I'm trying to get in but office closed for Christmas and I have to get this going
