Stephanie was so helpful through the whole process from start to finish . We have had a few issues with place and they are getting resolved in a timely manner which we are very grateful for :) . We definitely recommend Ramona Properties made us very comfortable .

My boyfriend and I were having a hard time finding a place for our little family to live. Like a lot of people in the market, we were beginning to feel like nothing more than a number value on a renter’s application. We felt drained and discouraged. That is until we met with Ramona Property Managers. From the very beginning, Ramona Property Managers treated us like real people. We weren’t just objective numbers on a piece of paper. We were a family who was looking for an opportunity to grow. They spoke to us with respect; They shook my five-year old’s hand; They went to bat for us. We still had to jump through some hoops because the nature of my boyfriend’s work is so unique, but Ramona Property Managers gave us hoops to jump through. They gave us a chance. Throughout our application process Corinna, Ken, and Stephanie were prompt, direct, and helpful. They made us feel like real people, and we couldn’t be happier with our new place and such wonderful service.

Great preparations when moving in but there has been a lot of miscommunication between the office and maintenance. First day I moved in, Kenneth made sure my apartment was clean and everything was properly working thoroughly, very nice guy. Once inspection was done, he asked for reparations in the bathroom and took a little over a week to get it fixed, but nothing that needed immediate attention. At he moment my sink in the kitchen and bathroom are clogged. Office responded immediately but plumber is still MIA. I can only suggest that RPM should have their own maintenance crew. Why is it that every single one of your properties don't accept pets??? seriously! , besides the AWFUL reviews you guys have...you guys are so close minded or rather lazy???? that you don't want to deal with pets.I will Never! do business with you

Great question Jeannette! While the answer may fall under "what you need to know" instead of "what you want to hear", I'll do my best and hope you find it helpful. As a professional property manager, we are obligated to follow a written agreement. I have pets. I love pets. I want more pets. But unfortunately what I want does not take the place of the contract. Most owners don't allow pets due to additional wear and tear or increased liability (dog bites, cat scratches, etc.). Most owners will allow pets like birds or turtles with a simple request but fish can be tricky because large aquariums can leak. As a tenant, or potential tenant, with pets you should ask about an increased deposit and/or providing a renters insurance policy including personal liability. This shows an owner/property manager you understand and accept your responsibtility as a pet owner and tenant. We wish you luck in your search and hope this short answer helps. Regards, Kenneth F.

Lisa - I apologize for the delay in answering your question. Unfortunately, I'm just getting my head wrapped around my social network responsibilities and the learning curve can be steep. The follow up question by LOKS bby made me realize this question fell through the cracks. Ramona Property Managers is a third party service provider who is directed by our clients on whether or not they participate in the Section 8 voucher program.
