Don't rent from this company they never fix anything right manager is so unprofessional ,rude some apartments are so out dated , falling apart , windows that don't open or close properly , closet doors falling off the tracks , vents don't let the heat or air circulate propertly , the blinds falling apart , the hot water in the shower is not hot only 5 minutes is hot water , Garbage disposal doesn't work for months I can on on the apartment is located on citrus and whittram first building you'll see .

Maria that handles deposits is COMPLETELY unprofessional and is not meant to work with people whatsoever so her extension should be removed. She grew upset quickly when I did not understand her reasoning as to the documents she requested were incorrect. How am I suppose to know exactly what she’s looking for if she gets easily upset when she needs to clarify herself in her requests? Sounds more like she either should not have access to a phone to speak with anyone or maybe she needs an assistant who’s better equipped to talk to people since she clearly can not. I can’t speak much on management and employees from this office, but Soralla had done the best to her abilities to assist me on my wrongful charged deposit. But I can speak on the management that was hired to see over the apartment complex I was renting from. Who made false statements regarding deposit charges, and dated my finally notice incorrectly. Again, Soralla has been great so the one star goes to her.

DO NOT RENT from them, they go by Pama, Bridge, IE rentals they're they same company. They never fix anything and they increase rent every year. Expect to pay 300-400 more after a few years. This isn't an isolated incident, read all other reviews, its the same complains. Unprofessional, rude, no fixes and increase in rent.

This is one of the worst agencies, the management is horrible and have no organization. When i needed something to be fixed i always had to ask and it took them over a month to fix and the AC unit was leaking throughout the whole summer and it never got fixed. Now that i moved put on March 31st I was told by their office that i was not getting my deposit when I did give my 30 day notice and my last rent payment plus left the apartment spotless even the manager was surprised how well i took care of the place. the manager was the one who wrote on my paperwork that i did not leave my 30 day notice. I have the proof and not even with proof do they care. I do not recommend anyone to live under an irresponsible owner.
