I'm not a big fan of franchise restaurants but this is an exception. Been there four or five times and the food is always excellent the service is superb. Just a good group that really wants to make the customer happy. I'm gluten-free and they're very accommodating and go out of their way to be sure I get what I need. My last time there was this past Friday and our server was Nikki very friendly very kind and I was so impressed with the food that I asked to speak to the manager whose name is Kelly just an excellent group of people from the cooks even to the bus person. Just an excellent place just want to say thank you for the great service and the kindness you show us

Birthday party for 2 family members. Good food and atmosphere!! Only issue was service time with refills and missed orders. They were down in staff and we had 21 in our party.

Mannnnnnn... this was the absolute WORST experience I've ever had at an IHOP. It was a very busy Sunday, plus we had 5 kids and 2 adults -- totally expected a bit of a wait. Completely fine. We waited about half an hour for a table (not bad at all). Ordered drinks and food right away. The server forgot to put in our order. We waited and waited. Every table around us ate and left... finally we asked the server for more coffee. At that point, an hour and a half into our dining experience, I believe she decided to check on our order and realized she'd forgotten it. We got our food about 20 minutes later -- not exactly how we'd ordered it, but at that point we didn't care. The manager took 20% off our ticket ‍ Not worth it.

Delicious bacon omelette, tasty milkshake and very patient staff as this was my first time. Will definitely go back for more 😋
