I have been trying to get ahold of these people for 2 months. They told me my information needed to be submitted by June, and I would receive my property in July. Then in the middle of July when I called to see what had happened, they said you'll get it in August. Now every time I call your office I am put on hold for 20 mins, the phone rings and I get disconnected. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Zero interested in helping, the same repetitive script every time I call, and they have no decency to return phone calls or emails.

Waiting on my santos v walsh check . I updated my address and they said I had to wait a month and we are going on 2 months now. I try calling and they send me to voice message everytime and i update the info each time and they say wait 14 business days Ive done that and nothing has happened. I wish I could leave zero stars

Gold vs Lumber...Still waiting on anything. I wish there was 0 stars. Took my info, used my info to win the case, lawyers got paid. I lost money in thinking that my floor job was bad, and was excited that someone is going after Lumber. This is unfair. Nobody answers calls, emails.

Employees don't answer questions properly. Don't send you the reissue checks. I been calling them for the past 4 months to get my address changed, every time I call they have me with the wrong address again. Been waiting for them to reissue my checks for months now and seems like them don't care about it. This company is a nightmare.

If you go online you can find the court documents. It is highlighted at the top. The documents give the lawyer's name.
I'm concerned it is fraudulent. I just contacted the better business bureau in Irvine CA. I think if many of us contact them maybe we'll get some answers.
Have you tried calling the 800 number at the bottom of every page of your notice so you can be assisted properly? The business is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Standard Time.
Are you calling the right number? Are you emailing the right email address? Did you read your paperwork? The phone number to call is at the bottom of every page. The business is open M-F 9AM to 5-30PM Pacific Time.
When you are calling center you can experience busy peak times. Have you tried calling at different times of the day? Have you called different days? Typically, Mondays are the busiest time for a business. Try calling towards the end of the day. You will probably have better results.
